Terms of Use

These terms govern your use of the PayBills marketing website ("the Site") operated by PayBills Pty Ltd ("PayBills", "we", "us"). They do not govern paid use of the PayBills product — those are covered by a separate service agreement provided at sign-up.

1. Using the Site

You may browse the Site and submit a demo request for lawful, legitimate business enquiries. You agree not to misuse the Site, including by attempting to interfere with its operation, probe or scan for vulnerabilities without permission, submit false or deceptive information, or use it to send spam or abusive content.

2. Demo requests

When you submit the demo form, you consent to us contacting you about the PayBills product using the details you provided. You can opt out at any time by replying to any email from us or writing to complaints@paybills.com.au.

3. Content and IP

The Site, including logos, copy, images and design, is owned by PayBills or its licensors and protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, republish or reuse it commercially without our written permission.

4. No advice, no guarantee

Content on the Site is for general information only. It is not financial, tax, legal or accounting advice. We take reasonable care to keep the Site accurate but do not guarantee it is error-free or always available.

5. Third-party links

The Site may reference third parties such as Xero, MYOB, ServiceM8, Tradify, Fergus, SimPRO and AroFlo. Those trademarks belong to their respective owners and their use here does not imply endorsement of PayBills by them, or of them by us.

6. Liability

To the extent permitted by law, PayBills is not liable for any loss or damage arising from your use of the Site. Nothing in these terms limits any rights you have under the Australian Consumer Law that cannot lawfully be excluded.

7. Changes

We may update these terms from time to time. Your continued use of the Site after we publish an update means you accept the updated terms.

8. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of New South Wales, Australia.
